Configurable Eddy-Current Inspection for Production Machines

A modular 1, 2, 4 or 6-channel inspection subsystem developed for SPM manufacturers, automation integrators and production plants. It combines frequency-tunable acquisition electronics, Windows-based inspection software, probes and machine I/O in one rack-mount platform.

Inspection Capability

Production NDT configured around the part and defect.

The probe is energised by a controlled AC signal. Surface or near-surface discontinuities disturb the induced eddy currents, changing the measured response. The software evaluates that response against configured inspection windows and generates a repeatable GO / NO GO decision.

The supplied Windows application brings setup, monitoring and production records together. Each enabled channel presents its own waveform, communication state, I/O indicators, parameters and latest result.
